{"id":912,"date":"2015-01-16T15:59:30","date_gmt":"2015-01-16T15:59:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sandjam.co.uk\/sandjam\/?p=912"},"modified":"2018-08-03T13:52:42","modified_gmt":"2018-08-03T12:52:42","slug":"chain-letters-flash-game","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sandjam.co.uk\/sandjam\/2015\/01\/chain-letters-flash-game\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Chain Letters&#8221; Flash game"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve been looking through some of the older Flash projects I built for Kenton School\u2019s intranet and I couldn\u2019t resist this one.<\/p>\n<p>Most people wouldn\u2019t remember the TV quiz show <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tv-ark.org.uk\/mivana\/mediaplayer.php?id=dee02e08e2669d44cad9a90618c6eb6f&amp;media=chainletters1987&amp;type=mp4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chain Letters<\/a> from the early 90s featuring Dave Spikey, least of all the Pupils of a secondary school around 2006. However I reasoned this would make a good tool for the English department, and although it may be quite simple and certainly not highly designed \u2013 the playability of this game is really something.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d like to get the high scores table back in, maybe publish it as a Facebook\/Mobile App at some point.
