This hub brings together YouTube channel content with cocktail recipes, articles, mixologist profiles and a huge competition.
The sleek design really highlights the vibrant photography and I tried to build some nice transitions and effects into the css to complement this.
Multiple integrations
This is a WordPress site which has to communicate with several other sources including a CDN, users database, recipe catalogue, social networks and YouTube. Making sure all these integrations happen seamlessly, securely and efficiently has an important part of this project.
Big design for small screens
A lot of the design elements are big and bold, like the full width page headers and tile walls. Making sure these elements still looked be beautiful on smaller screens while still being usable and functional was a challenge for both design and build.
